Anytime of the year is a good time to throw some food on the grill. Just make sure you’ve got enough to last you the whole day/year. If you don’t, you should look into our propane fuel delivery services to get yourself stocked up.
Here are some good foods that you can cook on your grill:
Fruits and Vegetables
The number of fruits and vegetables you can throw on the grill is outstanding. We’re sure you’ve seen people grill a few slices of pineapple or maybe some sweet potato wedges and stuffed peppers. However, we’d be surprised if you have had grilled watermelon, peaches, avocado, or even lettuce before. Of course, there are still more options than that, but whichever ones you decide to try grilling up, we’re sure they’ll go great with the rest of your meal.
Pizza
A perfect example of a meal you could add these fruits and vegetables to would be a pizza. While a common dish, we don’t really see people cooking them on the grill too often, and we think that should change. Different types of pizza, like brick-oven pizzas, have gotten more popular lately, so why not try a grilled one? According to the Internet, there’s no such thing as a bad pizza, after all, so you might as well test it out to see if it holds true.
Quesadillas
For the last delicious food to cook over a propane grill, we bring you the quesadilla. Just like the pizza, this is another popular dish that we just don’t see cooked on a grill too often. The big difference for this one, especially if you like to make them as full as possible, is that you might want to start cooking these the traditional way to ensure that all the ingredients get thoroughly cooked. Once they are, you can finish it up on the grill to get the tortilla extra crispy and completely melt the cheese throughout. You can even use that grilled avocado from earlier to make some homemade guacamole to dip them in. There’s no way that combo wouldn’t be fantastic
